Therapeutic Approach

One day at a time, one step at a time.

At our core, we focus on finding solutions and celebrating the strengths of each child. We create personalized therapeutic programs that cater to their unique needs, continually assessing and adjusting our approach. By combining innovative therapies with a holistic approach, we’re dedicated to supporting your child on their journey to improved well-being.

TFCBT helps young individuals process their experiences and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

Multidisciplinary Assessment Team (MAT)

Our Multidisciplinary Assessment Team (MAT) is dedicated to supporting children and youth entering the Foster Care System by providing thorough and collaborative evaluations. Working closely with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and other community partners, MAT ensures a comprehensive understanding of each child’s needs.

MAT assesses all aspects of a child’s well-being, including physical, mental, developmental, medical, and educational needs. This detailed evaluation helps us identify the most appropriate services and interventions required to support the child’s unique situation. By connecting children and youth to the right resources, MAT plays a crucial role in ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to thrive.

Together, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of children and youth, setting them on a path to growth and stability.
